SCANNING

Seattle Support Group offers scanning of all types of media on a high-end Linotype-Hell flatbed scanner. Sizes larger than the flatbed screen are $25.00 additional. Volume discount available. Scans made to either client’s media, or ours. Our media: compact disks, $3.00 each, zip cartridges $15.00 each.
Service time 24-48 hours.
We observe copyright laws and may require a Copyright Release form to be signed.

Seattle Support Group can replicate your project, whether it is a 1,000 disc job or a large one. We have an experienced staff that can professionally accomplish the various steps:

Our program is flexible to meet your needs – we can do some or all of the project. If you want to supply film, inserts or packaging yourself, we accommodate all requests. (However, our prices are so favorable, we recommend you get a quote before deciding to supply any components yourself.) Before making film, please get specifications from us.

CD Price includes 2-color screenprinted label, glass mastering.
Additional colors are $0.05 each color. Four colors are printed over a white base coat, and are counted as five colors.
Jewel cases: $0.21 each includes insertion of booklets one page front and back traycard, shrinkwrapped.
Paper envelope: $0.14 each includes insertion of CD
Tyvek envelope w/window: $0.18 each includes insertion
Hand insertions: call for quote.
Film from digital files: $25 per color or sheet
4-color/black 2-panel insert with 4-color traycard, 1000 qty: $225
Graphic design: $50 for simple CD label, $40/hr. additional.

TERMS:
Customer supplies premastered CD-ROM. Turnaround time is about 10 business days from receipt of materials to ship date. Shorter turn times may be available for an additional charge, depending on factory work schedule. Amounts ordered subject to 10% overrun on CDs and printing. Shipping charges additional. Payment in advance unless credit arranged beforehand. (Credit available on orders of 2,000 or more.)

CD DUPLICATIONTop

For short runs of CDs, we offer custom CD-ROM duplication. Prices include the recorded CD from customer-supplied CD-ROM, 4-color printing on disk with top-of-the-line inkjet process, and packaged in a jewel box. Turn time is approximately 5 business days from approval of label art. Inserts are extra and may require additional time. Rush service may be available for an additional fee. Shrinkwrapping is $.10 each if requested.

ARCHIVING AND BACKUPTop

Seattle Support Group offers archiving to compact disk from your hard drive, for a fee of $30 for the first copy, and $20 for a backup or second copy. Please provide written instructions for organizing the data, and provide the hard drive with cabling. We support PC and Macintosh platforms.
